 Gordon Sumner, Jr.

 National Policy

 

Chairman of the Board, Director and Founder of the Company.

 

Lt. Gen. Sumner (USA, Retired) was Chairman of the Inter-American Defense Board.  He advises the Department of Defense on the effects of emerging technologies on national security and Hemispheric policy.



 Damon Giovanielli

 R&D Project Management

 

President and Director of Sumner Associates.

 

Dr. Giovanielli is an experimental physicist with broad experience in the management of R&D to address national problems.  He was formerly Director of Physics research at the Los Alamos National Laboratory.



 Michael Thacker

 Geology and Environmental Measures

 

Secretary, Vice-President, and Director of Sumner Associates.

 

Mr. Thacker is a geologist with extensive experience in commercial geologic exploration and the development of databases for oil and gas management.  He also has experience in business planning for technology-based start-ups, particularly those that are focused on environmentally beneficial processes.



 Allen Mason

 Atmospheric Chemistry

 

Treasurer, Vice-President, and Director of Sumner Associates.

 

Dr. Mason is an atmospheric chemist and radiochemist specializing in the application of tracer elements and neutron activation analysis to quantify the destruction and dispersal of chemical and biological warfare agents.  He is qualified as an airborne manager in stratospheric research aircraft, and is an adjunct faculty member of the Rosensteil School of Marine and Atmospheric Science at the University of Miami.



 Richard Lawrence

 Aviation

 

Vice-President and Director of Sumner Associates

 

Col. Lawrence is retired from the USAF with contacts in military and commercial aviation. 



 Thomas Stratton

 Nuclear Technology

 

Vice-President and Director of Sumner Associates.

 

Dr. Stratton is an experimental physicist concerned with the impact of nuclear, plasma and radiation technologies on energy production and nuclear waste abatement.
